Article 4 – Voting

1.   The purpose of this article is to prevent non-citizens or ineligible citizens from voting in any election for any office or on any matter in which voters’ approval is required.

2. The act of voting is considered a treasured, sacred duty of all citizens, to be held in the highest esteem as the instrument to guide and influence the direction, circumstances, and well being of their country.

3.   Citizens are eligible to vote only after producing proper identification at the voting booth immediately before casting a vote. Persons who show up to vote at a voting station without the required identification shall be considered as having willingly abandoned their right to vote until they can produce the required identification.
