1. The purpose of this article is to detail the process by which these articles should be enforced.
2. There is no legal precedent in which any of TAU’s articles can be enforced, and that needs to remain so. The people who are TAU-citizens collectively enforce these articles through the ballot box, other means of protest and the nomination of candidates who subscribe to these articles and get them elected. They, in turn, will bring about the protection that the U.S. Constitution requires of those who take the oath of office.
3. The TAU-Constitution is the framework through which a proper and civil protection of the U.S. Constitution will be instituted.
